Paul Heggen is an American journalist and meteorologist. Currently, he works as a meteorologist at KPIX 5 in San Francisco Bay Area. Paul has been fascinated with the weather since he was a kid and studied it ever since. He joined KPIX in March 2020. Previously, Paul served for stations in Raleigh, NC, Tulsa, OK, Nashville, TN, Huntington, WV, Beaumont, TX, and Duluth, MN.
In 2002, he received the American Meteorological Society’s seal of approval. In 2016, Paul upgraded that to the AMS Certified Broadcast Meteorologist seal.
