Kathy Vara is an American veteran journalist working for NBC4 as a co-anchor and general assignment reporter. She first joined the station in 1994 to 2001 before rejoining the team in March 2010. Before rejoining NBC4, Kathy was working for KABC-TV as a news anchor.

Jeffrey Greenfield is an American award-winning television journalist and author in the United States of America. He is a veteran political, media, and culture reporter and analyst having spent more than 3 decades on network and cable television while working also as a print journalist and best-selling author. Greenfield is CNN’s senior political analyst and a contributor to The Situation Room, American Morning, and Paula Zahn Now. Additionally, he has been at the forefront of providing his in-depth insight and analysis on the inner workings of the 2004 political campaigns, including the Democratic National Convention in Boston, the presidential and vice-presidential debates as well as the Republic National Convention in New York.

Nick Schifrin is an American Journalist working at PBS NewsHour in Washington, Columbia, United States. She is currently working as Foreign Affairs and Defense Correspondent for PBS NewsHour in Washington D.C. Metro Area. Nick leads NewsHour’s foreign reporting, as well as in-depth series for NewsHour from Russia, Ukraine, Nigeria, Egypt, Kenya, Cuba, Mexico, and the Baltics. His show, “Inside Putin’s Russia” won a 2018 Peabody Award and the National Press Club’s Edwin M. Hood Award for Diplomatic Correspondence.

Zora Asberry is an American journalist working as a traffic anchor for KTNV Channel 13. She anchors during weekday mornings from 4:30 a.m to 7:00 a.m. Before joining Channel 13 in March 2021, Zora was working for News 4 as a traffic reporter in San Antonio, Texas.

Julie Dolan is an American anchor and reporter. She currently serves as an anchor at WLKY ( CBS affiliate) based in Louisville, KY. Julie joined the WLKY morning news team in January 2017. She has been invited to sit on charitable boards as well as committees throughout her career.

Mikaya Thurmond is an American journalist currently working as a weekday morning anchor and a reporter at WRAL in Raleigh, North Carolina, United States. She has numerous awards and recognition including the 2020 -University of Georgia’s 40 Under 40 as well as the 2009 Miss Georgia International (International Junior Miss), for her outstanding performance in covering major stories. Previously she was working as a weekend morning anchor before being promoted to the current position in WRAL.

Barbara Morse is an American journalist at NBC 10 in North Providence, Rhode Island, United States. She is currently working as a weekend evening Heath Anchor and a reporter for WJAR-TV in Cranston, Rhode Island. Barbara is a recipient of numerous awards from organizations, including The Tomorrow Fund, A Wish Come True, the Rhode Island Blood Center, the Rhode Island Black Nurses’ Association, the Visiting Nurse Service of Greater Rhode Island, Home and Hospice Care of Rhode Island, and The Rhode Island Black Historical Society.

Gene Valicenti is an American journalist working at NBC 10 in Michigan, Rhode Island, United States. He is currently working as a weeknights News Anchor at 6 pm for WJAR-TV in Cranston, Rhode Island. Valicenti is a four-time Emmy-winning journalist and also two awards for anchoring. He has covered major stories including the terrorist attacks in New York and Washington, multiple gubernatorial and presidential elections as well as several papal visits. In addition, Valicenti was inducted into the New England Emmy “Silver Circle” for 25 years of distinguished service to the industry in 2012.

Vicki Dortch is a Russian journalist at WLKY-TV in Louisville, Kentucky, United States. She is currently working as a Weeknights News Anchor at 5 pm and 11 pm newscasts for WLKY-TV in Louisville. She was invited to the White House in 2012 given the opportunity to interview the President of the United States, President Obama. In addition, reporting live from the White House was definitely a favorite and memorable moment in her career.

Mark Searles is an American journalist working at NBC 10 in Barrington, Rhode Island, United States. He is currently working as a weekday Chief Meteorologist at 5, 5:30, 6, 7, and 11 p.m. for WJAR-TV in Barrington. Previously, Searles forecasted as a chief meteorologist. in Southern New England weather at WLNE-TV in Providence.
During his free time, he enjoys riding his bicycle, running along the East Bay Bike Path, or catching up on yard work. In addition, she loves spending time with family and friends.
