Tony Evans is an American Christian pastor, speaker, author, and widely syndicated radio and television broadcaster in the United States. He works as a senior pastor for Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship in Dallas, Texas. He founded the Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship with 10 members meeting at his home in 1976. Additionally, Evans is the founder of The Urban Alternative, a national organization that seeks to restore hope and transform the lives of many people through the proclamation and the application of the Word of God in various communities. Also, he has a radio show, The Alternative with Dr. Tony that usually reaches over 1,400 outlets daily throughout the United States.
