Bob Pompeani is an American journalist and sports anchor. Currently, he serves as a sports anchor and sports director at KDKA-TV in Pittsburgh. Bob joined the station in 1982 and anchors sports at 6 am and 11 am. His experience with hometown sports goes beyond the 31 years he has worked at KDKA. 

Rich Walsh is an American journalist and anchor. Currently, he works as the weekend sports anchor for KDKA-TV (CBS) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Walsh also appears on KDKA-FM, 93.7 “The Fan.” Before coming to KDKA-TV, he was game day intermission host for the Pittsburgh Penguins, and also a sideline reporter/host for ROOT Sports Pittsburgh.

Kayla Burton is an American journalist and reporter. Currently, she works as a reporter and content producer for both news and sports at Western Mass News (ABC 40, Fox 6, and CBS 3) where she joined in August 2019. Kayla is a reporter for Friday Football Fever, player feature stories, and reporting team. She is a multimedia journalist reporting live from 5 to 9 a.m. then work on a story later in the afternoon.

Royce Jones is an American journalist and reporter. Currently, he works at KDKA as a freelance reporter in Pittsburgh, PA. Jones joined the KDKA news team in January 2020. He covers a variety of topics from breaking news, human interest, and crime to the unusual. No matter the story, Jones says he will meet the challenge head-on.

Chris Hoffman is an American journalist and reporter. He works as a freelance reporter at KDKA in Pittsburgh, PA. Chris is an award-winning journalist who joined the KDKA team in May of 2019. He is excited to tell stories in his hometown. Prior to coming back to KDKA, Chris worked at WSET in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Lynchburg, Virginia.

Mikey Hood (Full name: Michelyn Hood) is an African American Lifestyle and Entertainment Personality. Currently, she hosts  “Pittsburgh Today Live,” at KDKA which airs weekday mornings from 9 to 10 a.m. The show deals with sit-down interviews with local entertainers,  authors, artists, and entrepreneurs, performances, and on-camera cooking sessions with local chefs. Hood is also the founder of PGHSpot.com, a web show that spotlights the leaders, creative innovators, and small business owners in Pittsburgh. In addition, she produces “Neighborhood conversations”, live community conversations that focus on neighborhood heroes in Homewood and the Hill District.

Lindsay Ward is an American journalist and reporter. Currently, she serves as a reporter at KDKA in Pittsburgh, PA, since joining the station on April 2019. Before joining KDKA, Lindsay worked as a Freelance Reporter at WPXI-TV and was a morning anchor and reporter at WJAC-TV in Johnstown, PA and WVVA-TV in Bluefield, WV.

Pam Surano is an American journalist and reporter. Currently, she serves as a freelance reporter at Kdka since joining the station in June 2018. Previously, Pam worked as a TV anchor at WYTV-TV Youngstown, where she produced the 5, 6, and 11 PM news. She was also a health reporter where she earned an AP award for a series called “Tell A Friend”.

Amy Wadas is an American Emmy-nominated journalist and reporter. She works as a reporter and fill-in anchor at KDKA-TV. Amy joined KDKA in July of 2014 and is excited to be home. She covers everything from crime to breaking news, court, weather, local government, investigative, enterprise, features, and human-interest stories. Amy’s unforgettable story was when she covered a bride who married the man who received her father’s donated heart. The story made national news and aired on many local affiliates. She has also won several Golden Quill Awards over the years.

Andy Sheehan is an American journalist and reporter. Currently, he serves at KDKA-TV as an investigative and enterprise reporter. Andy started his broadcast journalism career in September 1992 at KDKA-TV in Pittsburgh. Prior to that, he used to report for the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette for nine years. Previously, Andy worked at the Daily Register in Red Bank, New Jersey.
