In September 2001, he joined KDKA full-time as the Money & Politics Editor. He also writes columns for Pittsburgh Business Times and Pittsburgh Magazine. Jon is a professor at the H. John Heinz III College at Carnegie Mellon University.

Currently, she serves as the Morning Traffic Anchor and contributor for Pittsburgh Today Live at KDKA-TV in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Celina grew up watching her father Bob Pompeani every night on TV and knew she wanted to be like him

Ron Smiley is an American journalist and meteorologist. Currently, he works at KDKA-TV in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania as a meteorologist this morning. Ron joined KDKA in June 2015. He has been giving a local and hopefully bright outlook on the day in Western Pennsylvania and Pittsburgh. Ron came to love the weather from a former neighbor Mr. Mike who worked at the National Weather Service.

Kristin Emery is an American award-winning journalist and meteorologist. Currently, she works as a meteorologist at KDKA in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Kristin joined KDKA back in 2012 and is excited to be back home with family in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Previously she worked as a columnist for more than five years for Observer-Reporter newspaper (O-R) in Washington, Greene Counties.

He gives the latest weather forecasts each Saturday and Sunday evening on Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 at 6:30 p.m. and 11 p.m.

While there, she served as a reporter and weekend weather anchor then went to WJAC-TV as the weekday morning meteorologist in 2016.
