Previously, he was a sports anchor and reporter at NBC 5 in Chicago, Illinois from May 2014 to November 2021. While working for NBC, Siafa started co-anchoring the Sunday morning newscasts in August 2020. He joined the NBC 5 sports team in May 2014 working as Weekend Anchor and Reporter and was later named Lead Sports Anchor.
Prior to his move to NBC 5, Siafa worked at an NBC affiliate in New York. While there, he anchored sports, and he was also the original Co-Host of LXNY.
