Currently, he is working for WBAL-TV 11 News as the co-anchor of the weekend edition where he joined in April 2003. He began his broadcasting career at 17 in Phoenix, Arizona in 1970 where he was the first African-American news reporter in Arizona. A year later he became the youngest Tv news anchor in the United States.
From 1978 to 1983 he served as the primary anchor of 11 News for the weekday evening editions. it termed “rejoined,” since it is his second tour with WBAL-TV 11. since he returned reporting for WBAL-TV 11 he has climbed the ladder quickly. In August 2003 he was elevated to co-anchor of the weekday editions that aired at 11 News Today and 11 News at Noon. He was again promoted co-anchor at 5 p.m. for the 11 News. And on December 2013 he was once again promoted and named the co-anchor of 11 News at 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. Previously before working for WBAL-TV 11 he worked at WMAR-TV as the primary evening news anchor for 13 years in Baltimore.
