Phil Ruffin (Full name: Phillip Gene Ruffin) is an American businessman and casino tycoon. He is the owner of Circus Circus Hotel & Casino and the Treasure Island Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. In addition, Ruffin owns other enterprises such as hotels, casinos, oil production, greyhound racing tracks, convenience stores, the world’s largest manufacturer of hand trucks and real estate.
He is also a business partner of Donald Trump, former United States President with whom he co-owns the Trump International Hotel Las Vegas. On the Forbes 2019 list of the world’s billionaires, Ruffin was ranked No. 838 with a net worth of US $3.1 billion.
