It was in college that he made the decision to swap out his wrestling and became a sports anchor for Clarion’s news station. After college in 2008, Brenton returned home and got an internship with KGMB9.
Brenton kept his head down and for seven unpaid months. He worked as hard as he could. That was a way to fill a need and a way to become a necessary part of the whole. There, Brenton’s work contributed to earning him roles in producing. He still edits, shoots, and reports. Through these roles, Brenton has been fortunate to travel to nine states, and four countries. He has covered assignments including the Little League World Series. Furthermore, it has been a phenomenal journey for him thus far.
